For months I had on my calendar a sitting on Baimbridge Island for an friend of mine. Her family was visiting from the east and they were excited about getting pictures with their extended family. When the day finally came the rainy weather came with it. I was bummed that we may be relegated to the great indoors. As I was waiting for the ferry thunder and rain were all around but I was hopeful that the brightness to the west would bring a break. It did and we managed to get some beautiful pictures (mixed in with a few tears...the face with the tears was priceless!).
