Test driving a new lense...

I went ahead and gave myself a little present for spending the next month w/o my husband home. I thought I should take it on a test drive before my next sitting. So w/ my new lense packed and my favorite (and captive) subjects in tow we headed for the zoo. Now I am not one to be a regular camera toter at a zoo. But that may change. While we were picnicing on my gourmet PB & J, I saw 3 beautiful bright signs that were just waiting to be photographed. The green was brilliant. I love Cooper's eyes in this first image.
