I flew back from El Paso on Mother's Day and was happy to photograph an extended family for a mom that knew my husband when he was a boy. She was excited to get her grandkids altogether which is a rarity given that they live on both coasts. I was warned that the kids may not be up for sitting together and it wasn't looking good as most were not sure what to think when the lady w/ the big black cameras showed up. But with time all came together. Check out how adorable my client's grandchildren are...

Workshop this Saturday

The workshop I am hosting on Saturday still has seats available. If you are free and want to get some great insight on how to maximize your camera and take beautiful images call or email me to inquire.
My first spring visit was filled w/ lots of wind so I spent a few minutes with these cousins to take a few more pictures sans Mother Nature's wrath. And the littlest guy slept through the entire sitting in March so it was fun to see him full of smiles.

I don't work Fridays but actually snuck in just a few minutes at my desk. We are heading out of town for the holiday weekend and I couldn't be more excited because the weather is incredible. Wanted to share a set of pics that just make me smile. This is Cooper with a neighborhood friend who he just loves.

I got to see Grace again during my short stay in El Paso. For the first time she was less than excited to come see me and her parents almost aborted after enduring a long protest. She definitely fooled me, as soon as she got out of the car the fun began and I never saw a tear and she pleasantly surprised parents w/ another great shoot with lots of laughs and love.

Another beautiful El Paso family...when these boys smile their eyes sparkle. They did so great trying to talk their little brother into staying close. He was on the go. The last picture is how much of the shoot went but this family was patient and I think it paid off.

This next El Paso family was an extension of the last family. Three families and the grandparents, it was quite the crew. It was fun to see the cousins loving being together. These kids were cute!

I have been photographing this next family since their oldest was first learning to walk and I was excited to be back in El Paso to meet their newest addition. With a newborn and and siblings I always set my expectations very low. Attention spans are usually short and holding a baby usually last 15 seconds max. Well this brother and sister BLEW ME AWAY!!! Seriously, the level of cooperation and cuteness was off the charts.
